Today we had Thomas' 1 month check-up (just a week late... apparently getting doctors appointments is like getting into day care, you have to arrange it before the baby is even born!). Baby boy is growing! He is 11 pounds (95th percentile) and 23 inches (98th percentile). Good check-up except for when he got a shot... how heartbreaking!! I am going to have to have a Valium before his 2 month check-up when the vaccinations really start. Somehow we survived (I think he fared better than I did) and have had plenty of snuggles and kisses today.
